Aditya Udit Narayan (Devanāgarī: अदित्य नारयन) or commonly known as Aditya Narayan is a Bollywood actor, singer and dancer. He was born on August 6 1987. He is the son of Deepa Narayan and the popular Bollywood playback singer, Udit Narayan. Narayan is currently hosting Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007, replacing Shaan who previously hosted the series.

Narayan is of Nepalese ancestry. His father, Udit Narayan, came to India in 1979 to study music from Nepal. Narayan started his musical career when he was just 5 years old, Narayan sang a Nepali film track for Mohoni. His mother is also nepalese ethnic origin.

He later sang for the Hindi film Rangeela with Asha Bhosle, which had initially brought him to fame to the Indian audience.

Jha's family, Danny Denzongpa and Manisha Koirala are regarded to the most popular Bollywood actors of Nepalese origin.

He sang "Papa Kehte Hain" in his debut appearance on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007. The song was originally sung by his father for the 1988 film Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. Aditya is currently 20 years old and is 5'9. He is the new host of Zee TV’s ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ Challenge 2007. Aditya is roped in to replace singer Shaan. Today the singer is one of the youngest anchors. Aditya has just completed a diploma in English Contemporary Music from London and earlier learnt classical music from Pandit Satyanarayan Mishra. Aditya played kid Salman Khan in the movie Hum Saath Saath Hain Aditya calls himself Nepali since both his parents are Nepali.
